Ready for a week of fast moves, contemplation, networking and play? Thought so 🔥🔥

PARKOUR week

Train. Explore. Connect.

Including tickets to Parkour Jam

When the weather turns cold and outdoor training becomes limited, we move inside — and turn up the intensity.

In Week 44, Gymnastikhøjskolen in Ollerup invites Danish, European and international parkour practitioners to a full week dedicated entirely to movement, creativity and community. This is your chance to train in world-class indoor facilities, dive deeper into the philosophy of parkour, and connect with athletes from across borders.

But hold up – that’s not all. As parkour enthusiasts we’re pretty inspired by street culture as a whole, and for that reason you can also expect breakdance, hiphop and even optional skating during the course. It’s going to be a blast.

The week finishes with our energetic and open Ollerup Parkour Jam — included in the price.

WHAT TO EXPECT

High-Level Training – Indoors

Spend hours every day refining your skills in:

  • Our fully equipped indoor parkour arena with a DIY Skate Mini Ramp

  • The tumbling and gymnastics center

  • Technical drills, flow sessions and creative movement labs

  • Individual feedback and skill progression

With unpredictable November weather outside, this week gives you optimal training conditions in professional facilities designed for movement.

Beyond the Physical – Understanding Parkour

Parkour is more than movement. Throughout the week we explore:

  • “Face Your Fears” – mental strength and overcoming obstacles

  • The history, philosophy and cultural significance of parkour

  • Creativity, flow and movement strategy

  • Explore Street Culture through the unique Folk High School perspective

  • Longevity in training and injury prevention

We combine theory and practice so you leave stronger — both physically and mentally.

International Instructors

The course features experienced instructors from:

  • Denmark

  • Germany

  • United Kingdom

Together they bring diverse training backgrounds and perspectives from the international parkour community. Ollerup itself has a long and proud history within movement culture and parkour development, and the Parkour week is right down that alley. We’re really excited!

CAMP FOR INSTRUCTORS

Community & Recovery

Training hard also means recovering and resting well. During the week you’ll have access to:

  • Our indoor swimming pool

  • Social evenings and shared activities

  • Time to connect with other practitioners

  • Your “own” room – usually in 2-person dorm rooms

  • Full room and board (Great meals, great rest, great vibes all round)

This is not just a training camp, it’s a community experience.

OLLERUP PARKOUR JAM – The Grand Finale

The week culminates in our Ollerup Parkour Jam.

An open, high-energy session where we invite even more traceurs for a weekend of movement, creativity and shared inspiration, all within the amazing Højskole frame we’re working with at Ollerup. With a friendly skill competition and Ollerup Challenges, our aim is to just flow, complete challenges, and enjoy moving together.

WHO CAN JOIN?

The course is open to athletes aged 15 and up.

Whether you are an experienced traceur, a performer, or a dedicated enthusiast looking to level up your skills during the winter season — this week is for you.
