Payment
You can pay with Dankort and VISA / Dankort. All prices are in DKK.
Processing of personal information
Personal information, such as CPR number, name, address and e-mail, is only used in connection with the school’s services, and for any registration in relation to the control of the Ministry of Education.
Long courses
Registration for long courses is binding. Once you have signed up for a course and paid the registration fee online, your registration is received. You will within approx. 14 days receive a confirmation that you are admitted to the course.
In the event of cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the course, the registration fee minus the administration fee of DKK 300 will be refunded. In the event of cancellation from the waiting list, the entire registration fee will be refunded.
In case of cancellation after 8 weeks before the start of the course, 75% of the school payment is paid for the first 6 weeks as well as the study trip, pt. DKK 13.500,00.
Cancellations must always be made in writing, either by ordinary mail or by email: info@ollerup.dk .
Interruption of the school stay due to expulsion or at will, where the school can not recognize the reasons for the interruption, will result in the following settlement of school fees:
Full school payment is paid from the beginning of the school stay for all commenced weeks as well as 75% of the school payment for the following 6 full weeks. In addition, payment is made for the study trip if the stay is interrupted before the study trip takes place.
We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.
Short courses
Registration takes place via our website www.ollerup.dk .
Upon registration, the full amount of the course is paid. In this way, we make sure that no one “just” signs up, and thus takes the place of someone else. By this scheme, the school ensures that the price can be kept at an attractively low level.
Upon registration, personal information must be provided for all participants.
In case of cancellation of the course, the course price minus administration fee DKK 500.00 per. participant, but only if we can set aside the place (s) to another side.
Cancellation of the course
Completion of each course depends on the number of registrations. In the event of cancellation of a course, those registered will normally be notified no later than 3 weeks before the start of the course, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
Student meeting
Registration for the Gymnastikhøjskolen’s Student Meeting is binding when payment has been received. Amounts paid for the jubilee lunch, light meal or gala dinner are refunded via bank transfer in case of cancellation, due to illness no later than 3 days before the meeting. Meeting fee is non-refundable. Possibly. cancellations must be made to the school office.
